Platform Status

Bitcoin Wealth Platform (BWP) is a media and directory platform, not an investment advisor. We do not provide investment advice, financial planning services, or recommendations. Advisors listed on our platform are independent professionals responsible for their own compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations.

Featured Placements and Compensation

If a firm pays for a featured placement or compensated mention on our platform, it must disclose that compensation and any conflicts of interest in accordance with the SEC Marketing Rule (Rule 206(4)-1 under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940).

Featured placements are clearly labeled as "Sponsored" or "Featured" to distinguish them from organic listings. BWP receives compensation for these placements but does not provide any endorsement of the advisor's services or investment recommendations.

FINRA Member Requirements

FINRA-member firms and registered representatives must ensure that all content, profiles, and communications through our platform are fair, balanced, and meet supervisory review standards as required by FINRA Rule 2210 (Communications with the Public).

Advisor Compliance Responsibility

Each advisor is solely responsible for:

• Compliance with all applicable federal and state securities laws
• Maintaining current registration status with appropriate regulatory bodies
• Ensuring all marketing materials and communications comply with regulatory requirements
• Obtaining necessary approvals from their firm's compliance department
• Disclosing all material conflicts of interest to prospective and current clients

Disclosure Review Process

BWP provides standard disclosure text during advisor onboarding to help advisors meet regulatory requirements. However, each firm's Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) or designated compliance principal has final approval authority over all disclosures and marketing content posted on the platform.

Verification Badge

The "BWP Verified" badge indicates that we have verified the advisor's identity, current registration status, fee model disclosure, and Bitcoin-related services offered. This verification is not an endorsement of the advisor's services, investment strategy, or performance.

No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Bitcoin Wealth Platform website constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You should not construe any such information as legal, tax, investment, financial, or other advice.

Due Diligence

Users of the platform are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any advisor, including:

• Verifying registration status through SEC IAPD or FINRA BrokerCheck
• Reviewing Form ADV Part 2A brochure and any disciplinary history
• Understanding the advisor's fee structure and services offered
• Confirming the advisor's expertise in Bitcoin and cryptocurrency-related services
